CONDITION OF ITEMS

We sell used and vintage home decor and furniture. Please carefully review the pictures and description to note any damage or signs of wear. If you would like additional photos and details, please inquire prior to purchase.

The listed price does not include shipping or delivery unless noted otherwise.

RETURNS

All Sales Are Final. We want you to be happy, so please feel free to message with any questions you may have prior to your purchase.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Kiestwood Vintage provides delivery services locally in DFW, Texas wide and Oklahoma. We offer nationwide shipping via Fedex/UPS as well as white glove shipping.

All in-house delivery invoices must be paid within 24 hours of receipt. If not paid, it will be the responsibility of the buyer to pick up their items within 7 days of the invoice date. Any items that are not picked up within 7 calendar days will be assessed a daily storage fee of $20 per item per day due upon pickup. Any items left over 14 calendar days will be considered abandoned and become the property of Kiestwood Vintage, with no refunds provided. Nationwide and white glove shipping available.

Local Pick up must take place within 7 business days of the date of purchase. Please contact us for our hours of pick up. Any items left over 7 business days will be considered abandoned and become the property of Kiestwood Vintage, with no refunds provided. If the buyer elects to organize their own shipment, local pick up policies apply. Kiestwood Vintage requires 48 hours notice for pick up and pick up must take place within shop hours (inquire beforehand for shop hours).

Kiestwood Vintage contracts third party delivery providers for Nationwide and White Glove Delivery services. Please note that all shipping estimates provided prior to purchases are estimates and not an exact shipping quote; therefore, the cost to ship could increase. When you complete a purchase with Kiestwood Vintage, you acknowledge that the responsibility of your purchase transfers to the Third Party delivery provider of your choice at the time of pick up. Kiestwood Vintage is not liable for any damage once the item is released to the third party.

The buyer is responsible for paying the shipping invoice within 24 hours of receipt. If the invoice is not paid within the stated timeframe, the shipment may have to be canceled and rescheduled, which will incur a $100 rebooking fee and the cost may change. Kiestwood Vintage will make a second attempt to schedule delivery, however, if invoice is not paid a second time, the buyer forfeits their item, with no refunds provided. If you are unavailable for a duration of more than 5 days and this impedes Kiestwood Vintage from scheduling a timely delivery, there may be a daily $20 warehouse storage fee.

Fedex and UPS items ship within 14 business days from the date of purchase. Items are insured for the purchase price of the item. Kiestwood Vintage is not responsible for any lost or damaged items. The buyer is responsible for submitting a report to the mail service.

Delivery time ranges from 10-20 business days for local, Texas wide or Oklahoma deliveries and 20 to 30 business days for nationwide and white glove delivery.
